2026 PONY Baseball and Softball European Zone Tournaments

(Washington, Pennsylvania) PONY Baseball and Softball is proud to announce their 2026 European Zone tournament schedule. In 2026 sites will include, Prague, Chechia, Stuttgart, Germany, Gijon, Spain and a new event in Wiener Neustadt, Austria.

Leading off the spring schedule will be the Bronco League (12U) baseball championships in Gijon, Spain. Gijon will host the 12U PONY European Zone championships April 9-12. The winner of this event will receive an invitation at attend the Bronco League World Series in Laredo, Texas on July 31 – August 3, 2026.

The Eagles Praha, Tempo and Sabat from Prague, Czech Republic will host three 2026 European PONY Zone Tournaments from April 16-19, 2026. There will be two age groups Pony League (14U) and Colt League (16U) in baseball and Colt League (16U) in fast pitch softball. The Pony League baseball champions will qualify for the Pony League World Series in Washington, Pennsylvania August 7-12, 2026. The Colt League baseball champions will qualify for the Colt League World Series in Marion, Illinois, July 31 – August 4, 2026. The Colt League softball champions will qualify for the Colt League Softball World Series in late July in McAllen, Texas.

Wiener Neustadt, Austria will host a brand new PONY European Zone for baseball players 13U from April 23-26, 2026. We welcome Wiener Neustadt, located southwest of Vienna, Austria. The winner of this event will receive an invitation at attend the Pony-13 World Series in Carlsbad, California on July 24-27, 2026.

The Stuttgart Reds organization from Stuttgart, Germany will round out the spring tournament schedule as they host the Palomino (18U) baseball and fast pitch girls’ softball events from April 30 – May 3, 2026. The Palomino League baseball champions will qualify for the Palomino League World Series in Laredo, Texas, July 31 – August 3, 2026. The Palomino League softball champions will qualify for the Palomino League Softball World Series in late July in McAllen, Texas.

More than twenty countries have participated in the European Zone tournament the past ten years, including; Great Britain, France, Germany, Russia, Romania, Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, Serbia, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Spain, Slovakia, Moldova, Ukraine, Israel and Belarus.
